LADIN has very poor customer service. They discriminate on customer service to warrant. They have a very small parking lot. Their pricing is higher than other Hyundai dealerships and did not negotiate.They on customer service to warrant. They have a very small parking lot. They do not represent Hyundai well. The Elantra is a great car but do not go to LADIN Hyundai. More
After taking my car in more than 4 times for the same problem, they chalked it up to be "normal wear and tear" noise. Took my vehicle over to Sherman Oaks Subaru for a second opinion, only to find out a problem, they chalked it up to be "normal wear and tear" noise. Took my vehicle over to Sherman Oaks Subaru for a second opinion, only to find out a serious issue with my car. If I would have kept driving, my engine would have seized. On top of going back and forth with Ladin, they put a nice new ding in my rear passenger door. They were nice enough to get this resolved, but had to make an appointment and return at a later day.
