My wife and were leaving our campground when the dash selector transfer switch for the 4 wheel broke. On a Friday afternoon I stopped by and spoke with Blaine. Parts was able to have the part sent in and selector transfer switch for the 4 wheel broke. On a Friday afternoon I stopped by and spoke with Blaine. Parts was able to have the part sent in and Blaine fit us in so we could get back to our travels. I really appreciate the attitude and responsiveness from Baline and the parts department getting the truck in and out so quickly. Dealership seems to have some great people working for them. I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified by the Labrum Internet Sales Manager, Kaleb Roskelley, that one of the cars I had been inquiring about was being listed at the Labrum Ford Dealership. It wa Labrum Internet Sales Manager, Kaleb Roskelley, that one of the cars I had been inquiring about was being listed at the Labrum Ford Dealership. It was clean, and in like-new condition. Kaleb arranged a test drive and answered all of my questions without hesitation. One day (and an oil change) later, I drove my beautiful "Dora" (the Explorer) off into the sunset. I normally detest car-buying, but this was an enjoyable, and peaceful experience, from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Kaleb, and all the staff at Labrum Ford and Chevrolet, if you desire a fun, low-stress car buying experience! More
