I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified by the Labrum Internet Sales Manager, Kaleb Roskelley, that one of the cars I had been inquiring about was being listed at the Labrum Ford Dealership. It wa Labrum Internet Sales Manager, Kaleb Roskelley, that one of the cars I had been inquiring about was being listed at the Labrum Ford Dealership. It was clean, and in like-new condition. Kaleb arranged a test drive and answered all of my questions without hesitation. One day (and an oil change) later, I drove my beautiful "Dora" (the Explorer) off into the sunset. I normally detest car-buying, but this was an enjoyable, and peaceful experience, from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Kaleb, and all the staff at Labrum Ford and Chevrolet, if you desire a fun, low-stress car buying experience! More

These guys were very helpful. They did not have the original car I wanted however they had an excellent option for me to try instead. Labrum Ford in Heber City, UT Installed a warranty transmission in my F350 6.7 diesel in October 2021. In June of 2022 I had problems with the transmission not shifting into drive after it was warmed transmission in my F350 6.7 diesel in October 2021. In June of 2022 I had problems with the transmission not shifting into drive after it was warmed up. After the service department looked at the truck I was told because I had deleted the emissions system, because it failed 3 times before, the warranty on the transmission was void AND the delete was what caused the the transmission to fail! The mechanic in the initial transmission replacement also forgot to tighten the driveline carrier bolts and had to return to get this resolved, which pissed off the mechanic. So when he decided my warranty was voided he laughed at me when i picked my truck up. Labrum Ford was not only wrong about the warranty, but the transmission failed due to the main pump and control valve being bad. Another dealer tore the transmission down and fixed it under the Ford warranty! I would seriously caution anyone trust Labrum Ford with service on their vehicle. Because not only do they lie, but don't know what they're talking about! More
