The staff at Labelle beat the other guys HANDS DOWN! Being an active duty family, we found ourselves unexpectedly needing to trade 3 vehicles before moving to a new base. Since we are not located close to either dealership, I did all the initial research by phone and text message. We started with "the other guy" and I was shocked at the disrespect I was treated with. Annoyance at questions being asked, insistence that we come in to talk in person and an unwillingness to negotiate when I told them I had found a similar vehicle at Labelle with more options for a lower price. The worst part was their overall condescending tone during our conversations -- they definitely chased away the sale. When I called Labelle, I was put in contact with Sean (the sales manager) and explained our situation. I told him I wasn't driving over 2 hours unless all the numbers made sense. He took the time to go over everything with me. Told me EXACTLY what we'd be paying, what we qualified for in rebates and incentives and what they'd give us for our trades. We ended our initial convo and he gave me his personal cell number and told me to call/text with any other questions. I prepared for "the typical experience" when actually going to Labelle to buy the vehicle, but I was floored by how well we were treated from start to finish! I texted Sean to tell him we were coming but were concerned that the distance wouldn't leave us with much time before they closed, not to mention we could only drive 2 of the 3 vehicles there. He told us not to worry and head on in. He put me in contact Louis in sales to begin the paperwork AND sent 2 guys OVER 2 HOURS ONE WAY to pick up and drive our third vehicle back to their dealership! By the time we reached Labelle, Louis had just finished detailing the vehicle, Kathy had our paperwork ready to go and Sean had waited for us to get there. They handled everything quickly, professionally, honestly and with smiles after closing time on a Friday night. They went above and beyond making this the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever made. We may be moving away for a few years, but they've gained loyal customers for life! More

We arrive there and she said the truck was just sold and she had no idea. In an office 20 X20. She then proceeded to sell us a truck for $6000 more. Luckily we left! BEST PART THE TRUCK IS STILL FOR SALE! Same truck, same Vin, same color. They should shut down. LIARS. Desiree you know what you did SHAME ON YOU!!!! More
Terrible experience, staff and prices. I was looking for a new, reasonably priced jeep. I came across one on their website for $32,000. When I showed up, the price was higher than $40,000. The salesperson was disrespectful, slow, and didn't seem eager to sell a vehicle. He took so long to get the keys for the test drive, and it was so hot outside. I drove over an hour to see this car, hoping to get the price I was shown online, when I asked about this price- the dealer was rude and had an attitude. He said it was "OBVIOUSLY" wrong. Maybe you guys could put a little more effort into your sales and business? Especially those expected to pay more than value of a car. Will never look, or shop here again and I will strongly advise anyone else I know to do the same. More

They gave me a little more for my trade than what we agreed to on the phone once they saw it. Very fair about everything. Very friendly and helpful. Took the time to show me how all the new gadgets on my truck work even though it was past closing time. I have bought at least 20 vehicles over the years, this was hands down the best dealership I ever worked with! Well worth the drive. Anthony was very knowledgeable about all the features on my truck. Bob and Cathy made sure everything got done and that I was happy with the deal. Great people! The facility may not be impressive but it works and they pass the savings on to their customers. More
Extended warranty problems Purchased a new truck in may 2016. I cancelled the extended warranty 3 days later. Confirmed cancellation with the warranty company. Was told the refund would come off the back of the loan. Ok now December 2017 I traded in the truck for a new one and come to find out the bank I financed the vehicle with never received the refund check. I contacted the bank and warranty company and was told to call the dealership to resolve the issue. I call every week and it’s going on 7 weeks with no returned calls or answers. Very unhappy with this dealership. More
Amazing Staff Above and Beyond My husband and I were in the market for a larger SUV. We were upside down on our trade in and needed to get out of it quickly. We drove from Sarasota, Florida (1.5 hours) to get here. The staff was amazing. Luis was very helpful and took his time explaining the features and differences in the Jeeps we were looking at. The sales manager took his time to get our payoff information and their dealer buy out price vs. ours. Everyone was fantastic and made sure that we got the best deal we could. LaBelle Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram beat every dealers price that we looked at. It was the smoothest car buying experience we have had! Thank you! More

Your sales person: Tobi here at Labelle Doge is a 100% true truck professional and consultant. She went through in detail over the phone and email all my needs to special order my dream truck. She always returned my call, and emails. She was always a true professional. 2.) Price: Labelle Dodge has a low overhead, regardless of the facility, you get a great and fair price. This is what we care about right? 3.) Promise: Did you get promised something only to have to chase the dealership for it months down the road? Not here with Tobi. Everything down to the last detail was done prior to my arrival. 4.) Product: I had other dealers make excuses with my special order, delay things and jerk me around. Not with Tobi. So, if you are looking for a fantastic experience, and you need a heavy duty truck, 1500, 2500 or 3500 Ram pickup, this is the place in South Florida to visit or shop online. First thing next day they replaced the batteries under warranty (2 of them, it's a RAM 2500 diesel), then spent rest of the morning flashing the software (6 updates). Great service, nice people, but sure would be nice if RAM could speed up the software updates. The service advisor, Jay Lineberry, was a great help. More
