After confirming the price and details multiple times, I agreed to drive an hour to go see the truck in person and continue the conversation. Upon arrival, the price of the truck magically increased to $25,000, and then was told that I "must" purchase additional add-ons and their 3rd party warranties, bringing the price to $29,000, not including tax, title, dealer fees, etc. I asked a few questions to understand the sudden price jump and mandatory warranties - and instead of being provided with a clear answer and detailed breakdown, I was told in a very condescending manner that "we take care of our Veterans - don't you worry" - and was still not provided with details. This dealer is clearly only concerned with meeting volume and monetary quotas and has no regard for customers, service, respect, and apparently Veterans. Don't waste your time! There are plenty of other Dodge dealers. More

I have a 2000 Dodge Ram and was told by another garage were it was serviced that it needed a water pump. I stopped at Labelle Dodge they said they had the pump. I made an appointment and ask them to also check the horn and cruise control. I arrived at 10AM and waited until 2:00PM before any feedback. They said there was no leak and they did not have the parts to fix the horn and cruise control. They charged $70.00 to check the horn $70.00 to check the cruise control and $70.0 for looking at the sway bar. Total $235.09 incl.shop chg. During the wait I ask what was happening and it appears the mechanic was gone to lunch for at least an hour so they couldn't"t tell me what was happening. I will never go back. More
I would like to give a shout out to Mario and the service team at LaBelle Dodge Ram. I have had a problem with my 2019 ram steering rack for two years have brought it to my local dealer here in Naples who we team at LaBelle Dodge Ram. I have had a problem with my 2019 ram steering rack for two years have brought it to my local dealer here in Naples who were very rude and could not diagnose the problem north even begin to fix it finally I brought it back to Labelle Ram and am truly glad I did. Tony the mechanic assigned to my vehicle could not located the problem immediately but took the time to diagnose and fix the problem. I am truly grateful. More
Misleading Prices BE AWARE Misleading Pricing be aware, after several phone calls to get the real price on an online advertisement which to me seemed to be unreal, i could final Misleading Pricing be aware, after several phone calls to get the real price on an online advertisement which to me seemed to be unreal, i could finally get the answer before driving 4h (they wont tell the real price over the phone), ford escape advertised as $6.900 out of the door $14990 , FALSE advertisement they can be sue for that, fine printing and misleading information qualifies for a law sue, save you original advertisement price and if you feel the price went too high after you already purchased the car, you will be entitle of get all your money plus compensation back, just talk to your local lawyer. this dealer is not honest and they need to get hit to learn. Drove from Naples to look at a car.. Thank goodness I know something about cars. I found the VIN plate inside the driver side door was changed indicating a rebuilt/ salvaged title. Drove an hour and of course got the old "bait and switch" from him. Wanted to charge me $6000.00 more. Had a few not so nice words for him and drove to Labelle. Sat down with Cody Styles who was up front, confirmed price with sales manager and honored the on line price. Of course there were some fee's but hey there in business to make money. At least they were honest and said they represented profit to dealership. Overall they did the right thing by me and Cody is looking for another truck for me for my business. So yes would do business with them again. Thank you Cody for the great service and Labelle for being honest. More
