I had a great experience with this dealership a few years ago when I bought my Toyota Prius. Because I live on the other side of the state, I happened to be visiting some family in the area. I decided to bring the Prius in for an oil change, transmission flush, and rotate the tires. Scheduling the appointment was simple enough, and I felt like they were easy to work with. However the communication with them during and after the service was both frustrating and confusing. I dropped off the vehicle, and then I received a notification that I needed to pre-approve some repairs (just like at any other shop). But it was not clear whether or not these repairs were needing to be repaired before my initial needs were taken care of. When I called to clarify, I was transferred six different times, and no one seemed to know what was going on with my vehicle or have an answer. Eventually the confusion was taken care of, the service was rendered, and I was able to pay for the vehicle. But I honestly was surprised at how difficult this event was. Maybe it was just a bad day, but that's my feedback. More

Another excellent experience with Labadie Service Department! We bought a used car from Labadie two years ago. (Our fifth Toyota from Labadie) The service needed was something caused by us. Had car towed to Labadie at 10AM, and picked it up at 1PM ON CHRISTMAS EVE DAY!!!! What other mechanic would have even looked at our car, let alone repair it within 3 hours? AND.....I had told them that we didn’t even need the car until Tuesday! Can’t say enough good things about this company! The quality, professionalism, friendly atmosphere and fair pricing have made us Labadie fans for life! Thank you Pete and your Service Department for another job well done! More
Whoever did the "inspection" on my car before I bought it must have been blind! They left and didn't replace the serpentine belt that had a 4 inch gash in it and then I had to replace a pulley to go along wi must have been blind! Back Breaks went very quickly after I bought my Explorer and then on top of it when they replaced the front breaks they put them on backwards. I wouldn't recommend the service department at all! More
