Brach Marker and his team at Labadie definitely know how to help customers. We found our 2007 Dodge Caliber on a website, so naturally, we were a bit leary to actually start any part of the purchasing p to help customers. However, after being contacted within minutes of inquiring, we were put at ease. Brach, along with Dustin and Ryan, were very attentive with our needs (including finding the best financing options, and warranty options for us) and were even willing to stay later than normal at the dealership, to ensure we had time to get there. We actually drove from Grand Rapids to Bay City to make this purchase, but Brach and the Labadie guys made it completely worth it. When we arrived (about 30 minutes prior to close), the car was ready and waiting for us, all nice and sparkly. Just about 35 minutes of paperwork, a quick goodbye to the old car *which we used as a trade in - awesome*, and we were on our way! More
