My adventure began New Years Eve....the accountant said "if you are going to buy a car in the next year....it needs to be today". I live in Wyoming, not a lot of access to car dealers. After searching the internet, waffling on my commitment to the Landcruiser and finally ending up with Charles in Bay City MI, I knew that it was meant to be. I spoke with Charles at about 4:00 PM Mountain Time for the first time. I said if this is happening it must happen today! The Landcruiser I had found on their website was immaculate. After talking extensively with Charles; I had no reservations. Charles connected us with Amy in financing and the deal was done. We were going to ship the car to Wyoming, instead my husband flew to Detroit where Charles had organized drivers to meet him at the airport with my new car! My husband made the 1500+ mile journey home and we are thrilled with our purchase. This deal would not have been done if Charles and Amy had not been enthusiastic and thinking outside the box. They were excellent and have had fabulous follow up as well. We highly recommend taking a drive if you are not in the area to visit them and experience true customer service. More

I liked the way the sales person (Al) explained, in detail, the features of the car before I did the test drive. He was willing to answer questions. There is a dealership that is closer to where I live, but the time that Al devoted to explain everything was the reason for purchase at this dealership. Amy did the paperwork and she was friendly and efficient in her area. The sale was completed effeciently and I am well satisfied. Again I want to stress that Al did a great job with the explanation of the car. I have always enjoyed shopping for a new car, and this was no exception. It was a great day, and I would recommend this dealer. I did research on Prius, Corolla, Matrix, Honda Civic, Honda HB, Nissan Sentra and Nissan Versa. More

Of the Toyota dealers in the area, my wife and I chose to go to Labadie because: (1) ALL of the reviews I read about the dealership were highly positive; and (2) Labadie Toyota is very close to our home. Family friends who had had satisfactory car buying experiences at another dealer recommended them. But, based on the two reasons cited above, we decided to check out Labadie first. Glad we did. Within a minute of stepping out of our car to look around the lot, Mark Brock came out to greet us. We were interested in (possibly) purchasing a Camry hybrid LE or a Camry SE sedan. Mark was more than helpful from the start. In addition to going with us on two test drives, he gave us a very thorough run-down on the features of the cars. Throughout our interaction, Mark was very patient with us; there was no rushing or pressure ... just leading and explaining and answering questions. Inside the dealership, Mark explained the various purchasing vs. leasing options. By this time we had decided we would go ahead and make a purchase. We ended up buying a Camry hybrid and couldn't be more pleased with the car and the whole buying experience. More

Reason for visit was first a new car sale and subsequently a FABRICATION to modify running board placement which done by Brian.
