I first started searching online. Brach was very responsive but not pushy. He seemed eager to assist. I came into the dealership and he was prepared and ready to help me accomplish my goal. He didn't try to "sell" me on something I wasn't interested in. He took the time to understand what I was looking to do and focused on making that happen. I also had both of my children with me and he and the rest of the staff were patient and friendly with them which made it much easier to concentrate. I am pleased to say I purchased a car and couldn't be happier with the entire process. I think that Brach and the rest of the staff like Todd in finance have made me a customer for life. More

I went to the dealership with my mother for my first car purchase. After being shown just three vehicles, the one I was getting was pretty much picked out for me, at much more than I agreed to pay and for purchase. Because it was so late in the day, we had to come back the next day to actually do anything. I came back the next day saying specifically that I wanted to look at cheaper cars, but several associates were already in the back working on financing the one out of my price range. Next thing I know they call me back to the signing office telling me that I need to sign now because there are people waiting and I can't have any time to think it over. Overwhelmed, and out of stupidity, I did. The car has a chip in the windshield, which Ryan had originally said he would schedule to have fixed but instead took off the moment the papers were signed, the car was on empty for gas, and an oil change is due in less than 400 miles. I will never again buy a car from these people. They saw an inexperienced car buyer with his also naïve mother and took us for all we had. More

It was especially sweet that he did not hesitate to give me a hand in jump starting the car because I left the lights on the whole night.
