Brach Marker guided me in the buying process which took well over 3 months before deciding that a 2011 Lexus ES 350 was the right car based off my needs. The amount of knowledge and expertise Brach displayed throughout the buying process was unlike anything I've ever seen. You can tell that Brach not only knows a lot about cars, but he can also recommend the right car based off your individual needs. Living in Denver, Brach took the liberty to drive my car all the way to Michigan (1500 miles), right to my door step. The car is in sterling condition with a fresh coat of wax and detail. I would have given Labadie 6 stars if they would let me. I would highly recommend this dealership (and Brach Marker) to anyone in the market for a new or used car, especially if you're not sure what the right vehicle is for you. I first started searching online. Brach was very responsive but not pushy. He seemed eager to assist. I came into the dealership and he was prepared and ready to help me accomplish my goal. He didn't try to "sell" me on something I wasn't interested in. He took the time to understand what I was looking to do and focused on making that happen. I also had both of my children with me and he and the rest of the staff were patient and friendly with them which made it much easier to concentrate. I am pleased to say I purchased a car and couldn't be happier with the entire process. I think that Brach and the rest of the staff like Todd in finance have made me a customer for life. More
