Labadie Toyota

We purchased a used Toyota RAV4 today. We had been to several dealerships and test drove other vehicles. I completed the online preapproval and Brach Marker in Used Cars called me within an hour. He walked through the process with me asking what type of vehicle we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend/payment amount and talked about financing possibilities. We wanted something that averaged around the same MPG as our Grand Prix. Brach talked to us about a Chevy Equinox that they had and also the RAV4. He sent us an email with the car, we then scheduled an appointment for the next day. When we arrived Brach met us at the door with a smile and a handshake. My husband and I both wanted to test drive the RAV4 so we took a long ride with Brach. He talked about the car, we asked questions, we talked about our family and what we expected to do with the car as far as any towing or anything else. The conversation was relaxed and friendly. The car that we were trading in we had purchased 6 years earlier. Our interaction with that dealership was much more "used car salesman", much more high pressure sales. We ended up buying the RAV4 for a very reasonable price, with low miles and our trade in amount was right around what we had already figured. We were handed a carfax and car rating sheet right away so we did not have to ask. Even the finance department was very laid back and everything was gone through completely and questions were answered. We are talking about a new truck in the next two years. I truly hope that Brach will still be at Labadie because we will definately return when ready to test drive and possibly purchase a Toyota Tundra. Everyone at Labadie Toyota was very friendly, and Brach Marker was exceptional! More

Brach was an excellant salesman, he was patient and knew his product. My 21 year old daughter was looking for a used car and we got a great car and a great deal. Thanks again Brach.
