Experience with service department I recently brought my car in for its first service visit and was not happy. The service advisor I walked up to ignored me while he shuffled papers ( I recently brought my car in for its first service visit and was not happy. The service advisor I walked up to ignored me while he shuffled papers ( which seemed like a long time). He took my keys, asked what car it was and walked towards it. I didn't know if I should wait there or go to waiting room. I decided to go to waiting room. Another woman was waiting for her car and I mentioned how I was treated. She told me she never works with him because he is rude. Getting my car serviced is something I dread doing. Having to deal with people like him makes it worse. The waiting room is very comfortable, had great tasting popcorn and coffee was available. My mother also owns a Buick but buys and services her car at Garber in Saginaw because of a bad experience with Labadie's service. More

I have actually walked out of other dealerships because of salesperson attitudes. This is not the case at Labadie. The customer lounge is both comfortable and well kept, you are always greeted in a friendly manner and in a lot of cases someone opens the door for you. We were always offered a beverage. The staff is always polite and cordial even though you may not be their customer. Sales manager, Tim OKeefe and sales associate Mike Simpson were extremely helpful in getting us into a car that was affordable to us. They made you feel as though you were family. Looking forward to a long relationship with Labidie. More
