I was near the end of my lease and decided after hearing those commercials for the past years to give them a chance considering they are over an hour away and not anywhere near my area. I had payments remaining on the vehicle I was trading in, the dealership knew this considering they didn’t have access to getting my payout info and I had to provide that to them. Once they received the 3 payout options for turning in a lease they picked the wrong one leaving me to pay the remaining payment that I would not learn about until 2 months later which now has a late fee. I was promised by the manager Jeff who helped with the sale and apparently no longer works there that this matter would be resolved and they would get it handled. They promised me I would have no other money owed to Ally for my previous lease. Moral of the story is they messed up even after promising to take care of it, then when I have tried to contact someone else to handle this matter no one seems to care to call me back or even try to resolve this situation. Also good to note I have dealing with this for about 8 months. Not only did they receive my business but they also leased a vehicle to my mother as well at the same time. I have tried calling to talk to someone to assist but as stated before they don’t care. I will never bring my business back let alone refer anyone to them.
