Great Experience at LaGrange Toyota I needed to replace our gas hog. After looking around we decided on a Camry. I found a 2012 Camry at another dealership and was going to buy. I looked online and found some good prices on new cars, but over an hour away. I took what I found to Lagrange Toyota and ended up with a NEW CAMRY for the price the other dealer wanted for a used 2012. My salesman, Ryan Lane, did a GREAT job of showing us the features and knowing the car front to back. Everyone was great to work with and very professional. Before we left with the car, Ryan came out to help set up some of the features. This was going the extra mile because we already purchased the car and walking out the door. The additional service like this shows me that they will be there for me in the future not just sell me a car and I am on my own. More

I was looking for a vehicle that was easy to get in and out, but not sure I was ready for a SUV. Gerald suggested that I look at the Venza, of which I had never seen. From the very beginning, it felt more like a car than other makes I had driven. After a test drive a few days later, I was pleased with the way it handled and was ready to trade. Gerald was able to locate a Venza LE that had just enough electronics for me and the price was good.. Thanks Gerald for helping find the vehicle I love. More

Second to NONE I started looking at a Camry about two months before I was ready to buy, the customer service from the sales team was second to NONE. The greeter (not sure what her real title was) was always very friendly, the entire sales staff was genuinely friendly even though they weren't my salesman. Ronnie Barnes, my salesman, has been in the business for many years, he has it all figured out. I have been in sales for 25 out of my 35 years working and Ronnie is one of the best. He should be the sales trainer and definitely a mentor to any new sales associates. This entire team from the bottom to the top WILL make sure your buying experience is the best you will ever have and you will never send anyone you care about any where else. Great day to swap a car...or two. Stopped in at LaGrange Toyota after deciding that our plan to wait a while wouldn't be harmed by a little window shopping. We spotted what my wife had her heart set on and got out of the car. Along came Mcauley Koenigsberg, new car salesman..no, no, NEW car salesman...as in new to the business. While chatting amiably about the cars we discovered that he was a classmate and friend of our son from LaGrange High and a genuinely nice young man. We test drove several before deciding to see if we could work something out on the Lexus my wife had her eye on. Mcauley went to work on our behalf and we ended up not only getting her the Lexus she has wanted but getting a nice 2011 Ford for myself. The entire staff(or at least all of them that we came in contact with) at Lagrange Toyota was professional, helpful and courteous. We certainly didn't make the job easy by surrendering our needs but the sales team worked diligently to meet us as close to our original stated target as possible and by working with our trades we did indeed make very satisfactory deals. Our original intent to wait a while was primarily motivated by a feeling that we needed more time to build equity in our trades in order to make a satisfactory deal. LaGrange Toyota made that happen MUCH faster than I had thought possible. And in the process of trading our two cars in on two of theirs we really gave Mcauley a resounding "welcome" to the business. I think he got a years experience in one day. I look forward to buying my next car from LaGrange Toyota and Mcauley in particular. More
