He worked day and night trying to get the deal done and when it was ready he stayed after hours for me to come and close the deal. I had no intention on actually making the purchase at the time but he was so knowledgeable and helpful to my circumstances he was able to make it happen. As a result of his outstanding customer service and ability to make me feel that I'm a valued customer, about 2 weeks ago I've made another purchase from him. I traded in my old truck and got the maximum trade allowed, I hardly believe I could've even got that if it was a private sale. I was able to apply that towards purchasing another vehicle that was way newer that my old truck and even less miles than my new camery has on it now. I got an excellent deal and once again excellent service from Alan Trainer and the Lagrange Toyota dealership. Alan and Lagrange Toyota will have my bussniess for years to come. More

When I told Bobby I wanted it in blue, he found one for me by the next day. Bobby gave us his cell number and told us to call him any time with any questions we had. He was patient and never pushy. He set up the Bluetooth for me and showed me everything on this new car. He even called me the next day to see how I liked my beautiful car! More
