He clearly understood what I wanted to have in my car and quoted a very reasonable car price that I agreed with. Since the car had many options that are not typical of cars in the car lot a factory order was placed for this vehicle. The vehicle was delivered a month later, but that was not an issue for me since I was not in a hurry to get the car. It came out perfectly with all requested options.
