An awesome sales person(Allen Trainer) I know I was going to purchase a new car,but I didn't know were. I had been to another dealership.I was not treated so well ,because the sales person I know I was going to purchase a new car,but I didn't know were. I had been to another dealership.I was not treated so well ,because the sales person just wanted to make a sale. When I told him I was just looking ,he tired his best to force me to buy something I didn't like or want that day. When I said no his whole attitude changed and he brushed me off. I lefted very hurt and disappointed. They lost a sell from me. The sad part about this is ,over the last 20 years ,I dealted with this dealer ship. I had purchased a Maxima, a Lexus,and an Altima from them. One person can spoil a good thing. The sails person I always dealt with had retaired, A few days later I met (Allen Trainer ) at Lagrange Toyota. He was so nice,sweet, and patience. He treated me with so much kindness. He let me take my time looking every time I stopped buy .I came buy at least 3 times and looked at the same car. He was the same each time,patience ,and kind. He let me decide and whatever I asked for he made it happen. I am well pleased with my "new car". Allen Trainer is an awesome salesperson, and I will recommend him to my friends. I will deal with him any day ,because he is the best. More

DO NOT BUY! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Please don't give them the satisfaction of your business. The sale may be fine, but the customer service you receive afterwards is not worth it. There are so many reviews (including the company's own website) that claim that LaGrange Toyota has this outstanding customer service department. Don't buy into it. I purchased my car eight years ago from them. The sale was fine and pleasant. They even told me about this "free tires for life" program, that only required you to have all of your servicing done at LaGrange Toyota. Great! ...at least that's what I thought at the time and up until a few days ago. My initial complaint was that we brought the car in for servicing and it had leaky tires. So, my husband asked when we could have new tires put on again. They then proceeded to tell him that we had missed several things on the service list. WHAT?!? We've been making the 45 minute drive each way every time we were scheduled for maintenance. We've been doing everything that they've asked us to! So imagine our surprise when they tell us that we need $500 worth of work done on my car before they will make good on their tire agreement. I contacted the Service Department and complained. I got a response from the owner, who then checked in on it the next business day. He left me a voicemail stating that we had missed service on my vehicle, etc. I emailed him back and restated my complaint and told him that his customer service needed work. When I received his last email, he still refused to take any responsibility and insulted me by implying I was lying about my service. If I were the owner of a business, Id be concerned that my associates were letting business go out the door and that I was losing money because of it. Id want to know that my customers weren't being informed. But, I guess this owner has no concern whatsoever for the people who purchase from him. Do yourself a favor --- stay away from LaGrange Toyota!! More

Customer service oriented staff Brian Moncrief did fine job working with us on our recent car purchase.
