I found my experience dealing with LaFontaine pretty novel as my shopping for various cars was under one roof. When I approached David Lawrence initially, he assigned Ken Trimview to me as I was not su novel as my shopping for various cars was under one roof. When I approached David Lawrence initially, he assigned Ken Trimview to me as I was not sure which car I was going to buy. Ken was extremely professional, helpful and patient in allowing me to test drive various cars of different brand names, such as Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Toyotta, etc. He did a very good job in coordinating the entire deal. Finally, I decided to buy Hyundai Sonata and there also he did a good in coordinating the deal with Eric Hay. My only comment here is that after test driving Honda and Kia cars, the sales manager of these two branches did not meet with me on one to one basis. They gave a ball park figure to Ken, which I did not care much. Finally, it was David Lawrence who gave me the final price on Honda CRV and Kia Sorento. Otherwise, I was happy with the deal I got from Eric Hay with the help of Ken Trimview. My other comment on Hyundai Sonata, is very limited color choices. I wish there were more choices like other cars. More
I went to LaFontaine looking for a previously owned vehicle. My first thought was a 4 Runner. Terry Wilson is very knowledgable regarding product lines at LaFontaine. I finally decided on a Hyundai Santa Fe. I never would have considered purchasing a Hyundai - I thought of them as a Honda wannabe. Terry really explained this auto line to me and I was really impressed. I have been driving my Hyundai for a week now and I love it. I am recommending Terry and LaFontaine to anyone looking for a new or used car in any of the lines they carry, but especially Hyundai. More

I bought the new car because of the sales person. He has very good knowledge, he know how to treatment the customers and he explained to me various technical features of the car. He has all the skills and knowledge required for a best auto sales person. I am extremely impressed with this salesmanship. Even though I paid a little more, I am happy with the car. He promised me 2 yrs free Maintenance (oil changes etc.). But he forgot to give me any card/document for that. I will be thankful, if it is mailed to my home address. Recently purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento and couldn t be happier with the level of customer service I received. The sales rep listened to what I wanted, her manager went out of his way to locate just the r happier with the level of customer service I received. I did a lot of research online and decided the Elantra Touring best fit my needs for a new vehicle. the only one in my price range was 30 miles away, so I contacted Jason online for a quote and questions. I had very specific cargo-carrying needs and asked him to measure the cargo area. He crawled around inside the car with a tape measure and got right back to me via email. We sealed the deal a couple of days later, and it was a very pleasant experience. I had contacted other dealers with similar requests, and gotten only form letter emails with quotes identical to the online price. Guess what? I deleted those messages. Jason went the extra mile, and as a result got my business and respect in the process. Everyone else involved were also helpful and friendly. 5 stars! More
I just got a Kia 2013 Optima SXL in LaFontaine. Habiba who helped me was great. She was so patient and kind even though I was a bit picky when checking the car. She did her best to try to figure out the scratch that I found-actually it was not scratch, just kind of dirt. Anyway, all staff including Habiba, Josh, and a manager (I am not sure of his name, sorry !) were kind and great. In the future, hope to see you for new cars. More

Tamika had a smile on her face the entirety and this made the small wait time during the process of obtaining a loan pleasant. The office manager went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted for very little down. I grade Tamika's performance and the dealership's an A for awesome! More
Bad experience, I've been there 2 times and both times I left wondering if they want or not to sell cars ??? I went to this dealership to look for a new car after coming out of bankruptcy (Chapter 7). I initially worked with Nate. I called prior to my coming up there which is how I ended up with Nate as my sale coming out of bankruptcy (Chapter 7). I initially worked with Nate. I called prior to my coming up there which is how I ended up with Nate as my salesperson. I went in on a Wednesday morning with my idea car in mind. The Hyundai Veloster. After completing ppwrk and providing my check stubs and references Nate told me that they had no more Veloster's in stock and attempted to show me several other cars. I told him that I wanted a certain vehicle and didn't want to look at anything else. They he stated that he may have one coming in a few weeks. I told that I would wait. After completing my app and appraising my other vehicle I looked on the lot and became interested in the 2013 Optima. I told my sales person and he proceeded to get the keys for a test drive. As he walked out he introduced me to Michelle Cafeo (Finance Mgr). She explained that my credit wasn't too good and that I was approved for a vehicle under 20k , double digit interest rate, and 15% down. Ouch! The Optima was 23k. At that time no test drive was given. LOl. I told her that I had a co-signer and that we would complete the online app. I left without my test drive. Completed the app and called her. She stated that the co-signer wouldn't go through and then proceeded to tell me about all the vehicles I could get for under 20k including a 2011 Sonata with 30k miles on it. After a few emails back and forth. She offered to check and get back with me. I told her that I'd be interested in it but I wanted to have a lower down payment. This was Thur morning. After sending several emails and calling up check on the status I finally got in touch with her on Tuesday the following week. She said that this was the best deal she could do. She sounded uninterested. That Monday I walked into Suburban Hyundai and that Tues evening (the same day i called Michelle back) I walked out with a 2013 Sonata. No price limit and single digit interest rate. More
