It was easy and actually pleasant working with Dean Snell, Michelle Cafeo and especially Jay Saulsberry. I've never had a sales person as great as Jay; I appreciate his down to earth and easy going personality. Even the finance manager, David Lawrence, made the final paperwork so simple and easy. I absolutely love my new car and the warranty! My only regret is that I didn't go with Toyota when I leased my first new car 3 years ago. I have recommended Lafontaine to everyone I know. More

Quite possibly the worse experience I have had in any customer service related situation. My van has still been in there for over a month. They have never, not one time, called me, I have had to call the customer service related situation. My van has still been in there for over a month. They have never, not one time, called me, I have had to call them any time communication happened. Called once to find out they needed more money from the Insurance company ( which they had not contacted yet three days after knowing they needed it ) once to find out that there was a "backordered" part that they could not locate. and once to find out that they had taken the vehicle 30 miles away to be worked on. They are unprofessional and incompetent. More
Ha Parrinello, sets the standard for excellence in new car sales. This is the second new car we have purchased from her since 2007. In both purchases we have found Ha to be knowledgeable, helpful, accom car sales. This is the second new car we have purchased from her since 2007. In both purchases we have found Ha to be knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, patient, personable and just plain fun to deal with. In this most recent purchase, we were undecided even as to which type of vehicle we wanted to buy. We looked at mini-vans, sedans and briefly considered SUV's before deciding the Venza was an excellent combination of all three. Ha was instrumental in helping us find "the perfect car". She very capably demonstrated the utility, features, and benefits of each of the very different cars we considered. She gave us as much time as we needed to reach our decision, provided us with several test drives and even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule. Ha shuffled cars around for us to drive during the coldest, snowiest Michigan winter on record. She interfaced our phones with the Bluetooth® capabilities of our new Venza and answered every question we had. This is customer service at it's very finest. We had a lot of fun buying our new car from Ha. We researched our vehicle choices and their prices very carefully and came away knowing we bought the best car for our needs at a very fair price from the best Sales Professional around. We have purchased and had vehicles serviced at LaFontaine since 1982. We come back again and again because of the Sales and Service excellence. This time was the best of the best! More

after going to a couple of dealerships to get a good trade in deal on our van, we wound up at Lafontaine Kia. we were met by Tamika Thomas who worked with Nick Papcsik they worked hard to give us a fair trade in deal on our van, we wound up at Lafontaine Kia. we were met by Tamika Thomas who worked with Nick Papcsik they worked hard to give us a fair price on our conversion van we traded in .They were very courteous and friendlyand made the buying experience stress free.We wound up getting a 2013 Kia Soul ,they made it so easy ,and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Lafontaine in the future. Tried very hard to get my car serviced. Tried to find another place but there was any near by and I decided to suck it up and DEAL with this very poor place. First, I called to set an appointment - that was a TRAIN RECK! girl could barely speak to anything, asked really odd questions and didn't connect with even my level of intelligence. I came in for my appointment by driving to the Hyundai buildings garage and after waiting 30 minutes I decided to go in and guess what THEY DON'T DO THE REPAIRS THERE! ITS DOWN THE STREET. WOULDN'T YOU THINK THAT SOMEONE WOULD LET YOU KNOW THAT? Then after considering just saying screw it and drive to Troy and see how that place is I decided to go to the service place- oh, thats located in the Toyota building just in case your reading this and HAVE to go here and walked up to the service agent. First I noticed the computers are very old, using a terminal based system (the place I was at in Sagianw was the opposite of this so thats what I'm using to compare BTW) they couldn't find anything in it so I gave them the paper that Saginaw gave me so they could complete the job and now I'm in the waiting room waiting 6 hours because they don't give loaner cars while they're repairing the RECALLS MIND YOU. More
I walked into this dealership to get some price comparisons. I do not remember the gentleman's name that helped us, perhaps because he was not very helpful. He said the best thing he had was a 2001 Honda with almost 180000 miles on it for 13,000. I asked if there was a way to check other dealer inventories and he said there was no way and it was all he had under 15,000. I went to a toyota dealer in ann arbor and they were much more friendly and helpful and I walked out with a perfect vehicle and will do business with them in the future, although I live across the street from this dealer. Everything I have ever attempted to do with this dealer from sales, oil change, and maintenance has been nothing but a pain. Just being honest. More

I am a Store Manager and seeing how this team of people worked so well together made the experience even better. Best experience ever! More
