Wonderful Customer Service This was the first brand new car I have ever gotten and first lease as well. Not only did I feel comfortable and fully educated on my decision but the This was the first brand new car I have ever gotten and first lease as well. Not only did I feel comfortable and fully educated on my decision but the whole staff was amazing. My sales person Miles Brown and the Hyundai manager Don-Trell Foster went above and beyond for me. They even found a special college rebate that benefited me greatly. I have already recommended LaFontaine Hyundai to others for their automotive needs. More

Horrible Customer Service This dealer has the worst customer service ever! My car was recalled for two parts and the dealer stated that the parts were in so I made an appointme This dealer has the worst customer service ever! My car was recalled for two parts and the dealer stated that the parts were in so I made an appointment. I get there the following week and they tell me that the parts aren't there!! Who does that. So they then told me I needed to come back and that they would call when the parts were in...that NEVER happened. Fast forward a few months later and it appears that the alternator is gone and needs replacement. So I can the dealership to see if the car is still under warranty for an alternator and I am re routed through customer service NINE times with no response. I left my contact information and of course no one called me back. I will not be going back. We took our car to Thayer Automotive instead. More
