Steve's the Best! Steve went out of his way to help not only find the trouble with my Sedona's taillight, but he fixed it, too! After diagnosing my problem he arranged to have Adam drive me and my 87-year-old friend across the street so we could have breakfast while my Sedona was being cared for. A phone call to Steve about 45 minutes later, brought Adam back to the restaurant and my friend and I back to Steve's desk. After a brief friendly chat about caring for older folks and a stop at the cashier's desk we were on our way. FYI: My 87-year-old friend bought a new Sorento from you about 2 months ago, at least in part because I had been telling him about the great service I received there when dealing with people like Steve. He is the epiphany of what a true salesman should stand for. He knew what I needed instead of what I wanted. He didn't over talk me, rush me or put pressure on me to make a fast decision. He cared so much about me being his customer that he did not leave my side and was not concerned about any other sale. He took ALL DAY (9am- 8:40pm) to make sure that I got into a NEW car that was big enough for my boys and I. He worked his magic to insure my insurance and payment was low enough for me to manage.
