Excellent Customer Service I left Page Toyota, after a bad experience and headed down Telegraph to LaFontaine. I was swiftly greeted by the rep, that I spoke to over the phone, I left Page Toyota, after a bad experience and headed down Telegraph to LaFontaine. I was swiftly greeted by the rep, that I spoke to over the phone, Nicole and offered a water. My rep quickly introduced me to a sales rep, Steve Sanker and he got the ball rolling. I told Steve what I was working with as far as a down payment and what I wanted to pay monthly. Steve then sent my paperwork over to Tom (the magician) Vasquez and we went on a few test drives. After about 6 hours of deliberating, Tom got me in a great vehicle, with a lower payment than I even expected with a warranty. Tom, my mom, Steve, and I were literally the last ones to walk out of LaFontaine because they were patient and deligent. I had specific needs/wants/expectations and Tom met all of them. He has a great sense humor, a great work ethic, and great taste in music (while you're waiting), might I add. I highly recommend LaFontaine Toyota and specifically Tom Vasquez and Steve Sanker. More
