Could do a LOT better My biggest complaint with this dealership and my salesperson was the lack of communication and transparency with the process. My girlfriend and I turn My biggest complaint with this dealership and my salesperson was the lack of communication and transparency with the process. My girlfriend and I turned in one of our vehicles and leased two new vehicles. The process took 3 days, and each day we spent on average 4-6 hours at the dealership. Things went wrong that could have been easily avoided. I still don't have my license plate and I had a temp plate sitting at the dealership for a week, which I only found out because I realized that the expiration date on the original one was ending in 2 days. I started calling to find out where my plate was.... I NEVER received a call back from my salesman... To this day, he hasn't returned any of my calls and I left a message for him at the dealership to call me so that I could pay the surprise $26 dollar balance on the account.... I could go on and on, but the point is that I was VERY displeased and will not be returning or recommending anyone to my salesman. I love my car (which is the best part out of all of this), and am glad that they were able to work with us given our "special" situation, but my experience as a first timer wasn't good :( More
