Lisa also pointed out a little scuff mark on the bumper that I had not noticed and scheduled me in to have it repaired at no cost to me. They both went above and beyond to live up to their promises. I have no regrets with my purchase of the 2016 Avalon. My experience was great from beginning to end. Thanks to both of you Lisa Fender and Stacey Milson. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole office. When I came back for my bumper repainting all the other associates were very kind and found Lisa for me and offered me water and a seat at her desk.
