Everyone was very knowledgeable in their job.I was quite anxious after not buying a car from here since 2006.My 2005 Suzuki XL7 (136,000 miles)is still going by the way,My husband and I needed a second car.I often pleaded with Zach and Mike for a ballpark figure,they stuck to their guns and never quoted a price,but said you will not be dissapointed,and we weren't.HATS OFF TO ALL!!! My son in law who was with me said in the past 3 vehicle purchases he has been involved with that this is by far the best experience.We love our Toyota Avalon.......THANKS AGAIN TO ALL THAT HELPED WITH THIS SALE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE We were in LaFontaine in early June 2016. What a JOKE. I have never walked into such an unprofessional looking and acting car dealership. Nickolaus Bu We were in LaFontaine in early June 2016. What a JOKE. I have never walked into such an unprofessional looking and acting car dealership. Nickolaus Burrow should NOT have a job, he has no clue what he is doing and is wasting people's time. But I'll get to that. First, thanks to construction, we had to walk through a huge dirt ditch to even get there, which maybe was a sign. Then, we heard the only person (Mr. Burrow) in the Hyundai building explaining to another couple you could not even test drive any of the cars, as there was no way to get them out of the lot. Umm, Ok?! At least for us, we had been to a few dealerships, so we had already test drove a Santa Fe and knew what we wanted. After waiting about 20 minutes we spoke with Mr. Burrow. To make a long story short, we were there for about an hour or more and come to find out, he had NO SANTA FE to even sell us!! The very first thing we told him was that we were at the Southfield dealership (name escapes me) and they were sold out until August. Mr. Burrow proceeded to ask us all sorts of questions on what we wanted in the car, he took my DRIVERS LICENSE and photo copied it, all sorts of other person info. He even took us on the lot to show us some of the Santa Fe's they had, but we wanted All Wheel drive, V6. He had none. We figured ok, at least we can look at colors so when we go back to Suburban in Troy, (which is where we got the car and had a FANTASTIC experience, highly recommend Ben Sliwinski)...however Mr Burrows proceeded to "talk with his sales manager", while we waited about options and pricing...basically we were hoping maybe they had the car here for a better price than in Troy. WASTE OF MY TIME. We have kids, we had a sitter. We have better things to do. It was a complete joke. We never even saw or met a "manager". I felt like we were on an SNL skit! I have been telling everyone I know to stay away from this dealership. When the pricing came back, they jacked up the price of the car and other things to make it look like we were getting a deal, but having seen REAL pricing from Troy, we knew what was true and what was marked up. This dealership needs a huge re-vamping. Very sad as we love Hyundai and have been loyal customers (not from this dealership though) for 11 years. STAY AWAY More

The thing that set him apart from the other dealerships we have visited was he didn't make us feel pressured to make the deal. He answered all of our questions, was patient, and when we said we needed more time to discuss things and would get back to him, he didn't try to push us on it- which is one of the things that has always annoyed us about the car buying process. Once we decided to buy, the rest of the transaction was quick and efficient. More

Lies and manipulation We dealt with Jennifer and Ed. We called to get my daughter pre approved so that we would not waste time. We were up front and honest about her needs. We were told a price on a Scion lease. We asked several times. We were told the same price over and over again by Ed. It ran late on Saturday so they put a dealer plate on the car and told her she could take it home. She could come back on Monday and sign the lease. It was actually diabolical. She fell in love with her new car and came back on Monday to sign the papers. But when we came back we were told a new price, $45 a month more. Needless to say we were not happy. They had the manager come in to smooth things over. He pretended like he was actually going to do something about what was done. I don't believe for a moment that he was going to do anything about it. My daughter was lied to and manipulated by the employees of this dealership. They have lost not one but two customers, because I also have a lease from here. But neither one of us will be back. My advice is if you get a price from these guys Record the conversation. Better yet! Go somewhere else. Why can't they just be honest and let their products sell themselves? More
