He is the reason I didn't walk out the door not knowing what to do. He listened to my needs and suggested I look at a Hyundai Tuscon, which is a much nicer vehicle than I had been driving for just about the same payment. Being a single woman I didn't feel like I was being manipulated and taken advantage of. I test drove the car and took it home the same day. Thank You Lafontaine for such a great experience and for having Miles Brown on your staff. He is definitely an asset to your dealership. More
Dealer tried to rip me off. Dealership worked hard to find me the car I wanted. Sold the car for 500 dollars over sticker because it was in short supply. They had a model I liked and gave me a fair price I wanted a car with a minimum of gadgetry and they had one in stock with 2179 miles on the odometer. They adjusted the price for usage and I drove it home. Even though I wanted a base model they didn't try to steer me into something I didn't want. The transportation segment of the car market is underserved. While I was there another customer came in and stated they wanted a reliable car and didn't care about gadgets. The 150 mph speedometer on my car is ridiculous. The space is better used for better warning lights which are easily obscured by the sun. This is my second leftover purchase and hopefully it will do better than the Nissan I traded in which was sold as new/used with 115 miles on the odometer and an engine defect. I only purchased leftovers because base models are in short supply and I don't want gadget laden vehicles. More
