Impressed with Santa Fe I didn't come into dealership wanting a Hyundai but I was big on the sunroof. That's what made Roland show me the Santa Fe and I'm glad he did. 2017 Elantra SE with Tech Package The pricing was inflexible. My car was delivered with a stain on the interior roof. This could have been an opportunity for the dealer to apologize The pricing was inflexible. My car was delivered with a stain on the interior roof. This could have been an opportunity for the dealer to apologize and offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience and damaged car... they did neither. I had to ask for a free oil change. This and MORE should have been offered by the dealer but it wasn't. I didn't feel as if my business was valuable to the dealership. I don't blame Luis Cintron because he had no decision making power. I blame Don-trell Foster who should have taken the lead on DELIVERING A DAMAGED CAR! More
