We had a window problem just before going on vacation. The service people squeezed us in, got the job done right and had us out the door by evening. Definitely 5 star service. Quoted one prices for repairs, when car was fixed price was doubled with no updated calls before the work was performed. I drive a long distance to continue to use this service department. I am treated very well by the staff and my car gets serviced properly. I think Lafontaine is taking Service a bit higher than Pfeiffer di department. I am treated very well by the staff and my car gets serviced properly.
