Russ Parr was very helpful to my husband and myself. Russ took me for a test drive in the car and made me feel very comfortable driving. But, Russ made me feel like I belonged there behind the wheel. After closing the deal Russ explained all of the controls and features of our new car, and even programmed my phone to the car for me. Sean Kass was very attentive to my mother and husband while I was on my test drive. He was very personable and made them feel at home. Sean Kass helped work out a price with my husband and I at closing. I can tell you my husband does not usually spend his money freely, but he and Sean worked it out to both of our satisfaction, and we do not regret the money spent. Andy Campbell did the closing paperwork with my husband and myself in Andy's office. Andy did everything to make us feel comfortable. He was also very personable and attentive. He made us feel like we were sitting and having coffee with an old friend. He knew exactly what was needed and explained every piece of paper we signed. Our experience purchasing our new 2013 Infiniti FX AWD was wonderful at this dealer. They all are very knowledgable and work together as a team. The sale just flowed in sync.
