I recently purchased a used Ford Expedition from Infiniti of Ann Arbor. The vehicle was an excellent price, but had some cosmetic issues, which my sales rep, Mike Legg, had been upfront with me about so ther of Ann Arbor. Having previously owned several Mercedes CLK Class coupes I was well prepared for my web-based search. From the outset the engagement with Mike Legg at Infiniti of Ann Arbor was handled professionally and w I was well prepared for my web-based search. As each of my questions about the car were able to be confirmed I was able to eliminate other options and within a few days I was able to make the decision to travel from my home in CT to Infiniti of Ann Arbor, MI to purchase the car. On my arrival at Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) I was met by Mike in the Mercedes CLK350 that he had already had detailed. Over the course of our drive back to Infiniti of Ann Arbor's offices I was able to satisfy myself that everything Mike had told me about the car was in fact true. Then, on arrival at Infiniti of Ann Arbor's offices to my pleasant surprise I learned that Mike and Mary had already prepared the purchase papers. Within about an hour I was able to begin my journey back to CT. The car performed flawlessly and it easily met my expectations. Equally important, the respect for the customer that I experienced at Infiniti of Ann Arbor through my experiences with Mike and Mary were greatly appreciated. Once there - everything is streamlined so I appreciate them not wasting my time. I hope & plan to do future business with Mike Legg & Sean Kass who are always very professional and approachable. When I recently mentioned to Sean how impressed I am with the JX35, recommending my brother to get one in CA - he offered to help him find a great deal as well. Mike has been aggressive in pricing which has helped him close the deal the past couple times when other dealers couldn't. Highly recommend everyone I've dealt with there - such as Andy in the finance department who also explains the details well & efficiently. More
My G37x is a gorgeous creature and a pleasure to drive. I am very appreciative of the efforts made by Sean and Andy to complete the deal and have me on the road asap. i called Sean Kass regarding a used Porche for sale on the internet. Sean answered my questions regarding the condition of the car and price. I flew from Dallas to Detroit to check out the vehicle, and purchase, if driving and inspections proved positive. Mike Legg meet me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. We inspected and drove the car which was in excellent condition. They provided free "Carfax" reports and service records from the previous owner. Basically i said go, Andy had the paperwork ready and i was on the road to Dallas within 1 1/2 hours of arriving. The whole experience could not have been easier. I would highly recommend the dealership and individuals that worked with me. More
Overall my experience was good. The personnel were friendly and knowledgable. Mike Legg, my salesperson was very good at communicating throughout the sales experience. There were some issues with my Mercedes Benz taken in trade that were addressed before I took delivery which did cause a delay of about 2 weeks. I was dissappointed with their handling of an issue that I became aware of the day I drove the vehicle home. The delaerships policy is to have 1/4 tank of fuel when delivering a used vehicle. That was just enough gasoline to get me to my home 65 miles away. Before taking the vehicle home I stopped for gas but learned the vehicle would not accept fuel unless you pumped it very slowly. I thought it may be the pump or something that perhaps I was doing wrong. Since there was no manual with the vehicle I had to wait for one I purchased to arrive in the mail. There was nothing in the manual that shed any light on the problem so I took the car to my local MB dealership and learned that it required a repair of almost $400. I believe that the dealership must have known of the issue since they did add fuel before I purchased the car. They denied any knowledge and I certainly can't prove them wrong. If they are correct, It was very unfortunate timing. I had hoped that they would step up and agree to split the repair cost but they apparently believe that the AS IS policy covers them. Perhaps thats correct but I would have felt much better if I could have pumped at least one tankfull before the condition appeared. Oh well, I guest customer satisfaction is not their highest priority. Jim Profeta More

I drive up from Toledo, OH for all of my service including oil changes and tire rotations. Jeff is always friendly and greets me immediately upon my arrival.
