Very unprofessional service department. They refuse to discuss any issues without charging money or having you arrange an appointment a week or more later. The change in ownership really shows. Considering that this is a high end automobile, the service department was less than impressive. Sandwiched into the Nissan and Hyundai services, make it feel very low end. When you have to spend hundreds of dollars for basic services, you could at least provide a loaner vehicle like other infinity dealerships! More
