If I could give a negative stars, I would. I took my truck in June got it back and in August, for some transmission work. I didn't have a car rental at all doing this time because they stated I took my truck in June got it back and in August, for some transmission work. I didn't have a car rental at all doing this time because they stated that they didn't have any available and they were behind, but remember I had an appointment to bring my truck in. Not only I sat for a month thinking my truck was going to be fixed, but I had no transportation. Once August came, I got a called stated my truck was fixed. Once I got it home I still had the same issue and had to take it back several of times, I even sat at this dealership for hours thinking they were fixing the issue. But no it was not corrected. I kept tell the manager and the service person it was the transmission, the manager eventually told me that they couldn't help me no more after billing my warranty company for repairs. I'm not sure why they never replace the transmission, they just put a casing on it. When I took it to another repair shop I was told they never put the casing where it were cracked. The repair shop just replaced my transmission and everything is running nice and smoothly and it cost me way more less than I paid with this dealership. I'm very disappointed with the way I got treated and it took me sometime to write this because of the frustration. More

Randy Riley my sales associate was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. This was especially important as I was purchasing the car online and having it delivered to my home o kept me informed throughout the entire process. I appreciate Tony and his attention to detail and the communication as the staff worked to figure out why my battery kept dying.
