This is my first time buying a vehicle from LaFontaine Ford/Lincoln, and it will not be my last! This was the quickest and most seamless car buying experience I have been through in decades. In March, 2023, we delivered our car for scheduled servicing prior to a long-distance trip. After several days of trying to contact LaFontaine for an update, and not getting a return call, we went to servicing prior to a long-distance trip. After several days of trying to contact LaFontaine for an update, and not getting a return call, we went to the dealership. They explained that they were very sorry, but they had forgotten to work on the car. This was terribly disappointing, but since the maintenance was not trip-threatening, and since we had the Ford Extended Service Plan, we were willing to reschedule the service after the trip. On the next scheduled repair in June, we again could not get anyone to respond to our requests for an update-- not through the phone, the dedicated text line, or the website chat line. After a week, we went again to the dealership to connect with SOMEONE. We found that the service was "done," but not as we requested; they disagreed with the need to replace some components that we had been told by another dealership were necessary (EGR valve, struts and shocks). And we still had to pay the $100 deductible, even though we had not received all of the service we scheduled. I notice that the reviews for this dealership are great for sales, and lousy for service. Add mine to the lousy bin. More
