Worst new car purchasing experience of my life. I did not mind the vehicle delivery time was pushed back twice, but the oversell of the aftermarket items was horrible. When I wanted out of the wind I did not mind the vehicle delivery time was pushed back twice, but the oversell of the aftermarket items was horrible. When I wanted out of the windshield protection because I was misled ion the price, I was told it could not be changed. I was told the product was already applied just 20 minutes into the sales process. Fact is, the windshield coating was never applied, and I wanted out before signing the contract. I advised the dealership that the product was never applied, and it still is not two months later. Just a total rip off by the finance person at the dealership. Then I had to wait a month for the license plate and the second key to be sent to me. More
