I went into the dealership to order a 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Gary suggested I wait and see if he could find one from another deal first. Two days later I was driving my Ford!!! Gary was very nice and accommodating if I said no to something that was it he never tried to push anything on me that I did not want. He knew I was taking the morning off from work to pick up my new car and as promised all the paper work was done all I had to do was sign my name a couple of times and I was good to go. Then unexpected happened Gary spent a good 45 minutes with me explaining all the features of my new car to me and made sure I understood them and was comfortable using them. I have never had a dealer to that for me and I have purchased many a new cars. It is the simple things like that will keep my coming back. More
