I worked with Brian and Sandy in the service department. They were phenomenal! Went above and beyond to get my truck in and out on a busy Monday while understaffed that morning. Bought a used 2020 JGC from them in Jan. It's had 3 things wrong with it. Now a coolant leak, my mechanic said it's been leaking for awhile and should have been found on an inspection. I don't think an inspection was ever even done since they picked this one up from another store. Good luck getting someone to call you back when you reach out. All they care about is making the sale. I understand I bought a used car and there will be things wrong, however 3 fairly major things within 4 months of owning the car is crazy to me. Terrible communication. I would never treat a client like this. Now look at all of my options again. More
Very displeased with the lack of service. I scheduled a tire balance & rotation along with an oil change when I set up my appointment. I reviewed the appointment with the service writer and h I scheduled a tire balance & rotation along with an oil change when I set up my appointment. I reviewed the appointment with the service writer and had him upgrade my oil change to full synthetic and confirmed the balance and tire rotation. When I checked out, he informed me they just rotated my tires because I did not tell him I had a vibration. If someone orders the tire to be balanced there is usually a reason. Instead of having a vibration in my seat from the rear tires needing balanced I now have the vibration in the steering wheel. Tim Brown needs to listen to the customer; I will not be back for service or to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
So apparently all Chrysler dealerships have horrible service departments. After a terrible experience with suburban in Ann Arbor, I decided to take my van to LaFontaine- and they are just as bad. After my car being there for five hours and me having to call four times for updates, Rob explained to me that he had no idea what was wrong and wouldn’t know any time soon. Also- he did not a have a loaner car I could use, but if I rented a car it might be reimbursed. Problem is- it will only be reimbursed if the repair is under warranty- which of course he can’t tell me because they apparently don’t know how to troubleshoot a van in under five hours. I’m just disgusted at their customer service. I will never be back to this dealership. More

How about a phone call and I could have come and picked it up following body shop work , returned my rental and went somewhere for the oil change . Oh and the windshield wiper replacement i requested , never was performed but was checked off on my sheet as “ good condition” ? Really they haven’t been changed in a very long time and all you had to do was use them to see they were far from “ good”. Also have tape residue where repair work was done . Completely incompetent staff! Will never go there again . Second time have had issues there . More

But before I start I do want to be respectful to those who do care and try to make this a better business. After dropping off my car for a routine oil change plus having some one from the service center drive my car to check a noise coming from the back tires. I was unfortunately supprised by the fact that my car was completely dirty and covered in dirt. What is making me angry is the fact that I specifically said that the "noise coming from the back" can only be heard on a smooth road and not on a rough road. So why was my car taken on a dirt road as well as if I dropped off my car clean why was it given back to me dirty and highly unprofessional manner? I feel sorry for the poor souls that have to take the wiping from angry customers but small things like this add up and with time this will catch up with them. Best of luck More

Wife stopped in time, so I This was the worst experience of my life. Got my oil changed on 6/2/17. On Saturday 6/3/17 the oil drain plug popped off. Wife stopped in time, so I got it towed to my house where I put a new drain plug in it and refilled it with oil. I don't know if this was personal but it was truly unprofessional. I experienced yet a another nefarious incident where they broke my tps monitor. This dealership is truly unprofessional. More
