Having been in the car business before many years ago, I certainly saw the hassles some customers would have with the car buying experience. I on the other hand just had the easiest most hassle free car le certainly saw the hassles some customers would have with the car buying experience. I on the other hand just had the easiest most hassle free car leasing experience I have ever seen. The Sales manager and salesperson made my experience quick, hassle free with a great price and delivered my new jeep at my convenience. As soon as my wife and I entered the dealership, Matt Bailey greeted us and asked how he could help. He walked us through the features on both, and pricing, explaining the discounts that would apply, to help us with our decision. Matt also added in getting us a very favorable price on our trade-in which helped with the deal. Matt made both my wife and I feel genuinely special, like family, as the LaFontaine advertisement says. He presented himself as being very trustworthy and appreciative of our business. Mark was very helpful and a very pleasant person to work with. He answered any question we had. We actually felt like we could trust what he told us about the warranty and condition of the Jeep. This was my seventh new or used car purchase over the last 20+ years, and I can very honestly say, while just a tad lengthy (explained below), it was, overall, the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had. We test-drove last 20+ years, and I can very honestly say, while just a tad lengthy (explained below), it was, overall, the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had. We test-drove four different vehicles under the very patient watch of Mr. Reynolds, and took time to make a very good decision on a 2010 Dodge Journey, which we love thus far. The only reason the transaction took a bit longer than ideal was that it was LATE on a Saturday by the time we finished, and both Mark and Angela stayed with it to get financing arranged and finish the deal that day. I'd recommend both LaFontaine and Mark Reynolds to any of my friends for their next vehicle purchase. More

I BEGAN GOING TO LAFONTAINE IN SALINE WHEN THE SERVICE MANAGER LEFT SUBURBAN IN ANN ARBOR TO BECOME SERVICE MANAGER AT LAFONTAINE. I DO NOT BELIEVE MY ISSUES WERE WITH HIM BUT RATHER WITH THE MECHANICS W MANAGER LEFT SUBURBAN IN ANN ARBOR TO BECOME SERVICE MANAGER AT LAFONTAINE. I DO NOT BELIEVE MY ISSUES WERE WITH HIM BUT RATHER WITH THE MECHANICS WHO CHARGED ME FOR WORK NOT DONE AND FOR WORK PERFORMED WITH CHEAP GENERIC PARTS RATHER THAN THE MOPAR PRICE/PARTS I WAS CHARGED FOR. THE $9.95 OIL CHANGES WERE WITH INFERIOR OIL WHICH CLOGGED UP MY OIL RESERVE AND I HAD TO HAVE IT FLUSHED OUT. I SAW THIS MYSELF. I HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED THAT A PIECE OF RUBBER HOSE WS TAPED UP WITH DUCT TAPE AND THE SPARK PLUGS USED WERE NOT AUTHORIZED MOPAR PARTS. I HAVE SINCE MOVED TO KENTUCKY AND MY PRIVATE MECHANIC HERE HAS SHOWN ME A FEW THINGS DONE THAT I COULD NOT BELIEVE. I AM A SINGLE WOMAN AND WAS DRIVING 1000 MILES A WEEK BY MYSELF UNDER THESE DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. MY CAR HAS 172,000 MILES ON IT AND IS IN A-1 CONDITION BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR SERVICES I DIDN'T NEED BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN PERFORMED A SHORT WHILE BEFORE. I HAVE EVERY MAINTENANCE RECORD FOR EVERY 172,000 MILES. I KEEP MY CAR IN TIPTOP SHAPE AND DON'T MIND PAYING FOR WHAT I HONESTLY NEED PERFORMED AND FOR GENUINE PARTS ONLY. I FEEL I WAS UNDULY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND PROBABLY LOTS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE TOO. I HAVE SINCE PURCHASED A NEW JEEP CHEROKEE AND AM REALLY RELUCTANT TO USE THE JEEP SERVICE FOR ANY WORK NEEDED. I AM KEEPING MY 2003 JEEP LIBEERTY. IT IS A SURVIVOR. More
