The worst sold me transmission fluid to to off my power steering reservoir and my vehicles steering rack was destroyed because of it, promised they would fix it then put the blame on me, claiming it was le steering reservoir and my vehicles steering rack was destroyed because of it, promised they would fix it then put the blame on me, claiming it was leaking before i brought it in, something they would never have been able to know. They even told me and have on the paper they gave me the wrong product but cant own up their mistake. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY TO EVER DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF PEOPLE. Beware!!! More
Insufficient communication on time for Grand Cherokee (cams and lifters took 7 days) repair and then recommended replacement of a radiator with pricing for parts exceeding the type required and cost for (cams and lifters took 7 days) repair and then recommended replacement of a radiator with pricing for parts exceeding the type required and cost for V8 model vs V6. Worst part was I refused replacement of radiator and 4000 miles later absolutely no issue at all. Also filled back tires with 72lbs of pressure for some reason… Would never recommend going to this unprofessional operator. More
I want to thank Zane Bonwell and the service people for excellent service at Lafontain Chrysler in Lansing. My engine light was on, I took my Ram to Capital Chrysler on the west side of Lansing and was ch excellent service at Lafontain Chrysler in Lansing. My engine light was on, I took my Ram to Capital Chrysler on the west side of Lansing and was charged $150 bucks to check it on their machine. They told me my Active shutter system shorted out and they could fix it for around $1100.00. Later I took it too Lafontain for an oil change, I told the Service manager Zane Bonwell about it and he had me leave the truck there. $100.00 dollars later and they fixed the wire at the wire harness, nothing wrong with the shutter system. Thank you Lafontaine for having my back. More

I had more service lights appear after my initial service than when I brought the vehicle in for service work. I believe they manufactured work to be done on the vehicle. I do not trust them and will recommend to everyone I know to stay away from this dealership. More

I had a very poor experience with the service department. When I dropped off my truck I was told they’d be checking the truck for a part they believed was under warranty. I mentioned the roof had a leak and When I dropped off my truck I was told they’d be checking the truck for a part they believed was under warranty. I mentioned the roof had a leak and the gas tank was not letting me fill up gas continuously. In the process of dropping off the car, the service agent Cory gave me a run down of what they would be checking for and told me himself what he even believed the problems to be. At No moment did anyone inform me of diagnostic fee they would be charging to check my leased vehicle. He also told me that if the part was not under warranty he would let me know. I received a call after the truck had been checked where I was informed that the truck was not under warranty and fees to fix the truck would be over $2000. I declined the offer for the parts to be fixed because they are not necessary for the truck to run and I have to turn in the leased truck in a few months. He then notifies me that I owe $415 for diagnostic fees. I came in to pick up the truck and the service Rep Cory Brokaw went speak to the manager Drew Tompkins to explain the misunderstanding how I had not been informed of the charges for the services they scheduled. The manager did not have the decency to come speak to me in person. Instead he told Cory there was nothing he could do to lower the charges. The service department is profiting off getting clients to bring in their cars, charge them a diagnostic fee without them knowing, and then not even fixing the cars. I will not be visiting this dealership again nor do I recommend anyone to take their car there . More
