Jeremy the salesman was aces! Helpful, courteous, willing to work with trade-in for newly delivered 2012 Cruze. Having not bought a new car since 2002, we had a lot of unanswered questions in our minds about what we wanted. My wife and I basically started from scratch and almost felt like this was the first car we unanswered questions in our minds about what we wanted. My wife and I basically started from scratch and almost felt like this was the first car we had ever bought, because things had changed so much with the technology, saftety concerns, warrantys, incentives and so on. Robert took alot of time and was very patient with us as we asked questions over and over again. Some of these questions I'm sure he answered several times. He always gave us very detailed info and answered every question that I had, some of which may have seemed trivial, but gave us peace of mind. From the moment we walked in to the dealership, we never felt any pressure to buy. In my past experience with car dealerships (not LaFontaine), it was almost worse than going to the dentist. Something I really didn't want to do. Again Robert (and all the staff for that matter)made it comfortable to look and carefully weigh the options of several models. All of the individiuls at the dealership exceeded my expectations from the moment I called them regarding a vehicle that we saw on thier website, all the way through the purchasing process. I find this service not as honest as it should. If iam going to pay all this money for this car I should at least get operational equipment even if its cd player. IM not so happy. Also, I asked James Curtis for the CARFAX on the 2007 eclipse andhe didnt let me see it. I am not happy. Linda Napier is a very nice lady and she provided friendly service. More
My husband and I never go to a dealership when they are open. Why? Because we don't want to deal with the looking out for their selves, pushy, slick talking, trying to make a quick buck sales agent. When we met Tony Duncan 8:45pm Monday night at Lafontaine Chevrolet it was a breath of fresh air. He gave us time to look around then he greeted us promply with a smile and a hand shake. We explained what we were interested in and our situation. Our goal was to buy a brand new Chevy Equinox and be in it by the end of August. He was honest and didn't beat around the bushes when we asked questions. He treated us with respect like family and instantly we knew we were in the right hands. Tony said he would get us the best deal and take good care of us. He did just that! Things changed quickly and we asked Tony for a Credit Application which he sent to our e-mail Wednesday. He worked hard and went over every option and kept us informed by phone. Saturday afternoon the papers were signed and we were driving home in our brand new Chevy Equinox 1LT. Before we drove off Tony was very informed on all the lastest technology and features of our Equinox. He actually took the time to show us how to program and work everything. He also went and got our 2 year old son some apple juice and gave him a little race car to play with! Tony Duncan went above and beyond all our expectations! We are Extremely Happy with our purchase! We will be back to see him for our next purchase! We love Lafontaine Chevrolet in Dexter, MI. Their hole staff was friendly, inviting and greeted us when we came in. My husband and I are definitely referring our friends and family. I couldn't wait to write a review. Matter of fact we are going to take our Brother there this Saturday. We live 45 minutes away and it was definitely worth the drive. We would drive 2 hours for their service! Thanks Tony for taking such good care of our Family! Your a Blessing! No one was willing to help us because our credit was bad. My husband called LaFontaine in Dexter and spoke with James Curtis and he guaranteed my husband that he would drive away in a newer vehicle. James was right! James got us into a mini van that's perfect for us and he was able to keep the monthly payments around the same amount that we were paying on the truck!! More
After coming off of a bankruptcy we were very nervous about trying to get a new car..everyone was very polite and curtious and made the nervousness go away..even though we weren't able to get as low of a about trying to get a new car..everyone was very polite and curtious and made the nervousness go away..even though we weren't able to get as low of a payment as we would have liked, I don't htink we would have been able to do better anywhere else. We were given great advise on what to do so that we can lower the interest/payments in a years time..most places wouldn't "go the extra mile" for customers. We will be back when we have to get a new car - hopefully not to soon though, 1 payment is enough for us :-) More

I was very glad that james and keith allowed me to get a car i really liked eventhough i couldnt get the one i had in mind. Keith Brothers was very efficient with the finance paperwork and I felt comfortable around all three of them. Three gold stars for all of them!! More

They were very patient with me and went out of their way to help me get into the vehicle I desired, therefore I will go out of my way to bring them more customers by creating a new and used car campaign. When you find a company that has excellent customer service you go out of your way to get to them. Along the way you may pass several dealerships but you will travel out of your way when you are treated as if you were royalty. That is exactly how James Curtis made me feel. More
