For the last 38 years I've drove only 70's cars, so it was a bit of a learning curve when looking at the newer cars . I could have bought this car anywhere and had test drove other cars at other dealerships. But I was drawn back to Mike and his ability to work with me on any lingering concern that I had about purchasing a car. Mike made sure I meant Tom Dutton of the service dept. and sent up my 1st maintenance appointment, this way I would be comfortable right from the start when servicing the car. Even after the sale Mike went out of he way to find a extra sent of keys, and solve or anwser my questions that have come up. I would and will recommend to my friends Mike Daley and LaFontaine. More

For the past 14 years I have purchased all my families vehicles (approx. 7) from the same dealership with the exception of 1 which my wife purchased. I decided to try my luck driving from dealership to dealership to see how long it would take to get that warm and fuzzy feeling we all like to have when spending thousands on a new car. I found that when I met Mike Daly at LaFontaine in Dexter. Mike and I had a very frank conversation about my expectations and Mike exceeded every one of them. Since purchasing the vehicle Mike has went even further to call and see if my wife was surprised when I showed up with the vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail has earned Mike all my future business and I will gladly continue to pass along his contact information to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. It's good to know there are still salesmen out there that pride themselves on customer service and treat people the way the deserve to be treated.
