He is the reason why I'm giving a 5 star rating to LaFontaine Chevy, Through each step of our buying process, Steve truly seemed to want give us the best buying experience and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. In fact, after the we had purchased the used vehicle, the 2 remotes that we received was not fully functional. Inexplicably, LaFontaine Chevy or Chevy has a policy that would only cover one of the remotes and we would have to pay for a fully functional second remote. Steve recognized my dissatisfaction, and before I even had a chance to express my disappointment, Steve had purchased the second remote out of his own pocket. Again, his concern for my satisfaction throughout the process is why I had a positive experience...and why I am giving a 5 star rating. More

Excellent! All the employees are very helpful and friendly. They will share which work needs done on your care, but they do not try to push you to have it done.
