Unwilling to budge on price for used car I went in with my husband to look at a vehicle that had been on their lot for approximately 1 year (per the carfax report). After test driving it and I went in with my husband to look at a vehicle that had been on their lot for approximately 1 year (per the carfax report). After test driving it and fully examining the vehicle, we felt it was priced too high and offered $1200 below what their sticker was. This was not by any means a low ball offer, considering the same model, make, mileage, and "package" were offered for similar prices to what we offered to pay. After putting a deposit down on the vehicle, and playing the waiting game through Saturday and Monday morning, we were told they were at "rock bottom" on the price and unable to budge. I called them out on the fact that the vehicle had been sitting there for a year and he said "Well, he's not worried about selling it, so we're not budging". Just lost a sale, guys. Never lose a sale. Particularly on a vehicle that has been taking up a spot on your used lot for a year. You could have made the sale (even if you didn't make as much money as you hoped) and gotten several other cars in there that would sell faster. More

They answered any questions I had and treated me like a queen. This was my first leasing expereince and they put all of my fears about leasing to rest. I felt like part of the Lou LaRiche family. Everyone I spoke with during my visit was warm, friendly and very kind. I will definately do more business with Lou La Riche in the future. More
Excessively Rude Staff I think I can safely say that I have had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with Lou LaRiche. My father and I went to pick up my car which was being serviced under warranty. The passenger side door had a large, deep scratch that was not there when I dropped the car off. When we attempted to speak with the service staff about the scratch they insisted that they were not responsible and that the scratch must have been there before but that we hadn't noticed because the car had some road salt on it. When we insisted that this was not true we were fiercely interrogated in a humiliating and infantilizing manner about the origins of each and every paint flaw on my car. Despite the fact that I knew which scratches were old and had not happened at Lou LaRiche, anything less than a full history of each paint flaw was held as evidence that I could not possibly have known that the new scratch was new. The whole exchange made my father quite angry and made me cry. The staff was aggressive, rude, and callous. Not only did they fail to care for my car correctly, they failed to show me basic human dignity. I can not even begin to put my disappointment into words. I will have no future dealings with Lou LaRiche and encourage others to avoid them as well. More
This is a friendly dealer who does what it takes to keep a customer. I have had complaints and they were resolved. I have purchased a car for my daughter and myself and will continue to give the dealer an a customer. I have had complaints and they were resolved. I have purchased a car for my daughter and myself and will continue to give the dealer an opportunity to sell me another. Reference the ratings: you have to be pretty bad to get a 1 and near godlike to get all 5s. Thats my rating system. ; ) More
Went to purchase a car with a trade in and the only thing they successfully managed to do was waste time. An hour to appraise the car, which magically was returned with a HUGE problem that was not present un they successfully managed to do was waste time. An hour to appraise the car, which magically was returned with a HUGE problem that was not present until they had the keys and 'checked it out' for an HOUR. Thinking I had gone outside, two of the dealers actually started LOUDLY talking trash about my family, and I had to yell at them that I could hear them. Then I was informed by the trash talker that I heard them 'wrong' even after I restated the nasty comment that was made by him. Unprofessional, rude, and SLOOOOOOW. So that is why we were the only customers in that trash hole... PATHETIC!!! More

I took it back in to have it looked at. Mark the body shop manager agreed it was off color and that it should be at least sanded and rubbed out. I said I wanted the paint to match and he told me he would have it repainted. I got a call from the insurance co. the next day saying he requested they look at it. They (Mark and adjuster from ins co.) agreed that it was good enough. I called Mark and he stated to me the insurance man just happened to stop by to see how things were going. I told him the insurance company told me you called them out. He changed his story then and said he felt that the color was good and my truck was faded (2002 GMC) and at the right angles it matches. They are going to try to rub some of the dirt and orange peel out. I was lied to, they kept my truck for 8 days for a small dent, and the job was very poor quality. More
