The actual repair appears to have gone well. I can't say the same for the communication. I was told I would be called when the work was done. The first time the person answering the phone said she would check with the service department, but came back to me saying that no one answered the phone. Then, she said she would see that I would get a call back, but again nothing happened. Finally, about 10 mintues before the closing time of 6pm, I called and finally got through to the service department was told, after a brief search, that the car been done, but the paperwork got misplaced. At this point the shuttle driver could no longer come and get me. (We have only 1 car.) After being told the car would be done, I had made plans that involved the car for the evening. Of course I needed to adjust those plans. The next morning when I arrived at the dealership (after waiting 45 min. for the shuttle which had be promised "right way." It is a 10-minute trip.) I hoped I would at least get a "we're sorry for the delay" there was no apology or any achnowledgement of the problem. More
