My sunroof was leaking, badly. I dropped my car off for that and a couple warranty items. My parting words were my concern about getting my car dried out. They had my car for about 10-12 days. You can imagine my horror when I went to change out the plastic floor mat, and found the pad I had put under it still there and carpet still quite wet to the touch. I took my car back, it was vacuumed and some spray put into the air intake. I was given a half hearted apology and told that mold doesn't start growing for a couple months. (Try hours, currently July in Michigan) I was also told that there were some things I could do myself. (If I wanted to do that, I would have. But I don't have a garage or anywhere to let it be open and air out) (Shame on me for not checking when I picked up the car.) I left a not great Google review. The response is automated by a bot and the email address provided was incorrect. So my email was returned. I tried to have someone from the dealer contact me, Nate did. He told me he would have his supervisor call me, that was 4 business days ago. Still no call, or resolution. I'm disappointed, as I believe an offer to do more was what was appropriate. Offer me a detail, do something about the mold that has now started growing in my car. More
