Friendly, fast, fair priced plus service with a smile. I wouldn't use anyone else. My family loves the food and boutique. Kids love the toy room with the video games to keep them entertained. Our experience w/ Daren and Teresa was very pleasurable!! We had been to other dealers ealier that day and left feeling frustrated and very diccouraged. I had done alot of research on the GMC Acadia and felt We had been to other dealers ealier that day and left feeling frustrated and very diccouraged. I had done alot of research on the GMC Acadia and felt very confident on pricing for a preowned Acadia. We had minimal criteria of "must have" and a wish list of options we would like to have but could live with out. Must have AWD, Quad seating and third row seating, Nothing older than 2008 and less than 50,000 miles. We had already gone to our bank and were aproved for a 72 month loan @ 3/89%. We had done our math and set out to several dealers already knowing what we could afford and how much our maximum monthly payment had to be. The first salesman showed us an acadia (SLE) base model at the top of our budget. I showed him our math so he would understand our goals. He immediately pointed out that our math didn't include taxes, dealer prep, prcessing fee's and that our math was seriously flawed!! I was immediately offended and asked him how long had he been in this business? he said for 35 years. He then procceded to tell us that there was no way He could put us in an Acadia based on our numbers. I then showed him two other dealers that also had Acadia's meeting our criteria. We test drove and while we were doing that I told my wife that I was not going to buy this vehicle. when we returned I handed him the keys and thanked him politely. he then wanted us to come back inside to go over "the numbers" I reminded him that he already told us that he couldn't get us into this vehicle. He insisted that we should go over the numbers and make sure. When we went in side he had a completeley different set of numbers that was very close to our budget. I told him that " he should have givin us those numbers first!! but at this point we had a really bad feeling about this guy and that he was not being honest w/ us from the beginning and we were going to look at some other dealers. When I returned home I called Daren At Lafontaine And he told me he had the vehicle we were interested in stock and that I would be pleasantly suprised! I told him we were going to stop at the kia dealer on our way up to him and look at a new sorento. He said he had a 2011 sorento he just took in w/ only 8000 miles on it. We drove over 30 mile to see daren. I told him our criteria and showed him our budget. He said to me " I'm going to try my best to make that happen for you. He showed us a 2008 Acadia SLT that was LOADED. We were shocked, I asked why he was showing us this vehicle becauase I was already convinced that it was out of our price range. He showed me his calculations. and he had already met almost all of our criteria. He then agrreed to put new tired on this vehicle. WE HAD A DEAL!! We then sat down w/ Teresa and she arranged all the financing and paperwork in very short order. she also gave us a tour of the dealership, introduced us to a personal maintenance consultant and bought us a latte' while we waited for her to finish up the paperwork. While we were enjoying our coffee we both agreed this is where we would be buying the rest of our vehicles!!! What a fantastic experience!!! I tell everyone even if your not looking for a car, just go to Lafontaine and just look around it's a brand new Dealership that is completely certified "GREEN" in construction. It has a little food court, a Boutique, a Spa. and kids Zone. It's really incredible!! More

This is the second car I have purchsed at LaFontaine in the past six months, a new Buick Lacrosse and now a pre-owned Cadillac. Bob Anderson was my salesman for both. LaFontaine is not just a car dealership; it is a group of friendly, professional people who are sincerely interested in me and my wants and go out of their way to see that I get it. I drive over 30 miles to go to LaFontaine rather than a closer dealer because of the overall experinece and exceptional purchases I can maike with their help. Bob Anderson did everything I asked and more. I am sure all of the other sales people are just as professional as they are friendly but, in my opinion, Bob leads the pack. Teresa handles the bookwork in a very efficient, professional and friendly way. LaFontaine is one of these "We'll leave the light on for ya" places. Makes you just want to stop in and say hello. HE CAREFULLY LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND FOUND ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. NO 16 YO DAUGHTER WHO HAD JUST TOTALED HER FIRST CAR, WAS SUPERB. HE CAREFULLY LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND FOUND ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. NO, HE ACTUALLY FOUND ME SOMETHING BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. HE WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEGABLE. I WHOLE-HEARTED RECOMMEND THIS DEALER, AND JASON IN PARTICULAR, WITHOUT RESERVATION. THE NEXT TIME I NEED A NEW VEHICLE, HE WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST PERSON I SEEK OUT.YOU CANNOT GO WRONG HERE. More

I applied on line for the auto loan prior to heading down to Highland after work. We arrived at 6:00 pm and by 9:00 we went home with our car. We had to head back only one time for a new key fob. Other dealers had use hanging out for financing options and rates for over 3 days, then could not come back with an acceptable rate. LaFontaine will have all of our business in the future. More

Went to the dealer with the prospect of leasing a new Cadillac CTS. First noticed how clean and organized the dealership was, that is a positive in my book. She was very informative about the vehicle. She knew her stuff. She provided me with a vehicle to test drive, which I was very impressed with. Mary Ann went through all of the costs associated with this lease and answered all of my questions. Upon delivery of my new lease vehicle she went through all of the instructions on how to operate the vehicle. Mary Ann was a class act. Paul Jordan, Business Manager, walked me through the entire financial process and answered all of my questions. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Both David Schlum and Tammy Moen provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. In the past I have purchased numerous vehicles from some of the German luxury brands and always recei best customer service I have ever experienced. In the past I have purchased numerous vehicles from some of the German luxury brands and always received EXCELLENT customer service. But I must personal attention I received from Dave and Tammy blew away everything I had experienced with the German luxury dealerships. Their attention to detail and professionalism are just a few of the reason I would recommend LaFontaine Buick to all of my family and friends. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Highland you won't be disappointed. More
