LaFontaine was very professional in handling my trade in and a new car purchase. I used a Saturn retention incentive to buy my Cadillac. I also signed up for a Groupon incentive. Because there were not enough buyers of the incentive, Groupon cancelled it. LaFontaine still honored the Groupon certificate. I gave this dealer the highest rating I could because they have a great selection, their salespeople are professional and friendly, helpful and not pushy, and the prices are fair. (We did considerable price shopping on the cars we were interested in). The cars were all clean and in good condition. We shopped around six or more dealers and came back to this one at least twice. A plus is that they put prices in the windows of most cars. A lot of dealers have stopped doing that. The sale was easy ... no high pressure trying to talk you into services or things you don't want. We found a great deal on a newer car but there were a lot of good deals to choose from. The advertising seems to fit the quality and atmosphere of the dealer ... "LaFontaine, the family deal". I would recommend going here first and if you don't find something, come back. This is a first class dealership. After the sale I was contacted by both the salesperson and the Customer Relations Manager making sure I was satisfied with the sale/service. More

Came to LaFantaine to buy a pre owned HHR. Wondered around the lot for 10 minutes, went inside the pre owned office and waited for assistance. Two guys behind the glass were busy, one salesman was on around the lot for 10 minutes, went inside the pre owned office and waited for assistance. Two guys behind the glass were busy, one salesman was on his smart phone playing and the manager walked through. I went outside and looked at the HHR outside the office, looked under the hood, checked the trunk still no one. Total time at this "new" dealership 25 minutes. I live only 10 minutes from LaFantaine but was disappointed with this treatment. Maybe they had an off day, but they lost my business. Went to Fenton and Randy Wise Buick GMC and bought a HHR! More
