I took the time to search out how best to provide feedback for the service I received while searching for a new car at LaFontaine. I was originally going to send a letter to the owner of the dealersh feedback for the service I received while searching for a new car at LaFontaine. I was originally going to send a letter to the owner of the dealership but then I realized I wanted everyone to know how great this was so I needed a better medium to get the word out. I can tell you that I have purchased and sold many vehicles over the years (far too many for normal). That said this experience was BY FAR the best ever I have had in dealing with car sales. Let me describe my experience from beginning to end. We (my wife and I) first went to the dealership on a Saturday originally just to look at the exterior styling of the vehicles. LaFontaine has a large selection of vehicles with every color offered so it was the perfect canvas to view our options. We really had no intentions at the time of going for a test drive due to time constraints and other plans for that day. While we were looking at the Buick Regal GS and Cadillac CTS a Sales Associate (Rob Mouatt) stepped outside and greeted us. Rob was very polite, well spoken and had all the right answers to our questions. In addition he convinced me that we could do a quick test drive without affecting my schedule. As it turned out he was right! He had us in the Cadillac CTS within 5 minutes and while we were out test driving the CTS he prepped the Regal GS. So when we returned with the CTS we got into the Regal GS and were out for the second test drive! All of this unwavering customer service while I was dressed in my weekend work attire. Trust me when I say I did not look like I could afford to buy a new car (let alone a Cadillac) but Rob never judged us. We left the dealership that day (because of my time constraints) and I provided Rob with my contact information and asked if he could price out all of my options related to both vehicles. Rob called and emailed me Monday morning with all of the specifics related to both vehicles. Long story short I ended up going with the Cadillac CTS Premium. LaFontaine makes the process related to paperwork / financials / etc very easy. I actually processed everything from the comfort of my desk via their website and emails. When we arrived at the dealership to sign the paperwork everything was exactly as agreed to and the paperwork was all printed ready for signatures. The entire staff at LaFontaine was very professional, clean and neat as well as the overall cleanliness of the dealership itself. I have very high standards (former U.S. Marine and Firefighter/EMT), especially when it comes to customer service and I cannot find any flaws with the process or treatment we received from LaFontaine. It is very easy for me to highly recommend the dealership and especially Rob Mouatt. Thank you for the great experience and I plan to purchase all my future vehicles with you. Best regards, Ken P. Rob was very knowledgable about the product. He was not pushy or unattentive. I was on a very tight time limit to get the best price for my trade in and jamin went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Paid $5,300 plus for a '98 Cadillac Deville, good price, but it came with alot of hitches. Should have walked out of the sales room the first time the salesman began to hedge on needed repairs. Had the car inspected by another dealership and bringing it back to LaFontaine, cost us another $600+ for absolute critical repairs. The main response I received when I questioned their responsibility was "It's Used!" I guess they saw me coming. I saved to buy a good used car for over 2 years. Now I have this. Hope it lasts for awhile. More
The best dealership I have ever been in to complete a deal. My salesperson Josh was awesome due to the speed at which he got my deal completed. The tour of the dealership just sealed the deal because it just shows how the relationship with the entire company will be ongoing through the duration of ownership of my car. More

This is an outstanding dealership and one that I have used before --- and will hopefully use again, for both new car purchase and service. My experience at LaFontaine Buick GMC, Cadillac was tremendous. I met my salesperson Kelli Morland with a smile and a handshake, and test drove a Regal. Much to my surprise, I did not think I would get anything other than another SUV. As Kelli pointed out, the Regal offered many amenities and the 2 year lease option was very much a bonus. After viewing several different types of Regal's, I saw one with special wheels that Kelli and her manager worked dilligently on to see that it would fit into my budget. It had everything that I needed, and along with the extra mile that Kelli and everyone at the dealership went for me, signing on the dotted line was the easy part. I appreciate the way that I was treated at LaFontaine, and will definitely be visiting there in the future for all my driving needs. More
