The employees were friendly and the dealership was clean and beautiful; however, because of apparent issues with the person (people) who would type up the contract, I was there for 5 1/2 hours. I had brought my Buick in for service and while waiting for my car I went into the Cadillac showroom. It was about 8 o'clock in the morning so I did not expect to see a salesman but Kenn Elliot was already for my car I went into the Cadillac showroom. Then I asked for a price on a 2012 cadillac SRX. He said to give him a minute and came back with a price that got my interest. I told him what I expected on trade in on my Buick. He came back with a price that was more than I expected. I arranged for a test drive for my wife and I. After driving the car we decided to purchase one. The color we wanted was not available at LaFontiane so Kenn said he would search for the color I wanted. Two days later I had my car. Dealing with Kenn and LaFontaine could not have been more pleasant. Kenn was very professional and friendly. I discovered that he was a neighbor living in a near by community. He even offered to take my car in for service when required, leaving me his car to use. Hows that for a neighbor.
