We had visited the dealership mid day on Friday teh 21st as we anticipated needing a new car since we had just been in an accident. We only planned to test drive. But the sense of ease in which Kelli Morlan as we anticipated needing a new car since we had just been in an accident. We only planned to test drive. But the sense of ease in which Kelli Morland showed us what we were looking led to us buying our car that day. She was by far the best sales person i had ever encountered in buying a car. We loved how clean and bright the dealership was. My wife enjoyed a nice lunch of lobster bisque and turkey sandwich while she also checked in on the boutique. (Thankfully i was able to get the car loan approved and on our way before she caused too much damage to the credit card in the boutique:) We will definatley be making our next purchase at Lafontaine and through Kelli. Thanks for making the holidays much easier to enjoy. More
David Koss was terrific, gave us a good deal , worked hard to get the car we wanted and had it ready to give to my wife for Christmas. He spent time explaining all the features of the Verano and answered hard to get the car we wanted and had it ready to give to my wife for Christmas. He spent time explaining all the features of the Verano and answered all my wife's questions, even sinking our phones to the Blue Tooth System. Dealership is very impressive, people are friendly and service is great. Having a coffee shop and cafeteria make waiting for service most enjoyable. More
Unbelievable service! They have made me a customer for life. I have never had a dealership work so hard for us to get us what we needed and the price was fantastic! I was very interested in a New GMC Sierra truck LaFontaine had at their dealership. Salesman, Mr. Tony Grimaldi was Excellent on explaining the trucks accessories and options applied to this truck LaFontaine had at their dealership. Mr. Paul Jordan did a Great job of going through the paperwork and financing terms for this truck. Both gentlemen did their best to get me the truck I wanted at a price that was acceptable to me. I love my truck. I have done business before with both these gentlemen and was totally satisfied with the process and how well they performed it. I would do business again with these guys. Thanks again for helping me get the truck I wanted. I would thoroughly recommend this LaFontaine Dealership to anyone else. More
On approximately 11/21/12, I came into the dealership in response to a mailer I received in the mail regarding the 2013 Cadillac ATS. The mailer offer a gift card from Carl's Golf Land and a free IPad if t response to a mailer I received in the mail regarding the 2013 Cadillac ATS. The mailer offer a gift card from Carl's Golf Land and a free IPad if the vehicle was purchased with certain equipment. It also explained the lease option wherein the monthly payment was $259.00 per month with $2,000.00 down. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I walked through the lot of vehicles for quite some time. I eventually entered the dealership seeking some assistance. At that time I was introduced to Grace. I advised her I was there in response to the mailer. She had no information to offer me and was quite puzzled by all of it. After a lengthy discussion, we proceeded to have my car appraised. After waiting approximately 1 hour, I was offered $3,000.00 less than an offer I received from another dealership within three weeks prior to my visit. Okay, I know how the game is played. However, your appraiser made me feel as though I should return to the dealership that made me the earlier offer. Grace then proceeded to try and do damage control. But the closet she got to the mailer offer was $480.00 per month. I continued to ask if that car (described in the mailer) was at your dealership. Grace said yes, but she never offered a test drive of the vehicle. Instead, she decided I should go home and wait for her to find the right vehicle and she would call me. Still waiting.................. More
David came out to meet us when we drove in looking for a new Buick after visiting other dealers over teh past several days. David knew answers to all our questions, presented options and most importantly cared about us as a customer. He introduced us to LaFontines great showroom/mall/cafe'sales experience. We never felt rushed nor bullied into buying. When we were not thinking of trading in our Explorer, he asked politely if we were interested and further made that deal happen. In short, we will highly recommend David and the LaFontaine organziation to our friends an look forward to returning for another sales experience in the future. More
I have never purchased a car from a dealership before, and finding a car wasn't easy. When I located the car online that I wanted, I came in for a test drive and loved it. The entire experience was extrem and finding a car wasn't easy. When I located the car online that I wanted, I came in for a test drive and loved it. The entire experience was extremely pleasant. I felt that Jack and Jeremiah weren't the stereotypical sales people and really wanted to do what was right for me. I felt they had my best interest at heart and pulled out all of the stops to help me out anyway that they could. I felt comfortable in what I expected to be an intimidating surrounding. We were offered beverages and everyone who passed us said hello. It is very hard to find great customer service and that is exactly what I received. I would go back in a heartbeat for my next car and I would refer my friends and family. I am one happy girl. Two thumbs up Lafontaine! More
