I had a previous service experience at LaFontaine Cadillac and was very impressed by the way I was treated by everone at the Dealership. Brian, (sorry can't rember his last name) was very instrument Cadillac and was very impressed by the way I was treated by everone at the Dealership. I live in Sterling Heights so I must have at least 5 or more Cadillac dealers closer but I was not only impressed by Brian, I was very happy wth the way everyone at the Dealership treated me.. Recently, I returned to LaFontaine Cadillac to check out a new Cadillac and was seen by a terrific young man, Mr. Luke Field. Luke is an exceptional ambassador for your store. He is extremely personable and just plain nice. He is also extremely knowledgeable about your product. He new more about the XTS than I could even imagine. I absoutely would return for my next vehicle and I will NOT hesitate to recommend LaFontaine Cadillac to all my friends and family. However, in the event I am in the market to buy another used Cadillac, there is one dealership I will travel to and one sale LaFontaine in Highland. Mr Jack Ringwood is a consummate professional. He quickly gained my trust, and I felt absolutely no sales pressure. Although the first used Cadillac SRX I looked at and wanted to buy was sold before I could pull the trigger, Jack was very patient with me as he weathered through my disappointment to find a similar SRX. Because I arrived at the dealership a little later in the evening, Jack worked with me past 9:00 p.m. The best part? Jack arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my home the next day so I could surprise my wife. This was an absolute homerun. My wife loves the car, and it has performed flawlessly since we purchased it about three weeks ago. Great vehicle, great buying experience, great salesman. What else can you say? More

My husband and I were looking for a new or used vehicle. We had started the process back in the fall of 2012. The first visit was to a dealership close to our house and I went without my husband. Wanted me to buy the car that I drove that day. I left with the intention that I was not going to return, and I didn't. We received a recommendation to go to LaFontaine from a co-worker of mine. My husband called to set-up an appt, it was with Dave Gough. He greeted us with a handshake and was very respectful of how we wanted to proceed. I recieved a hot chocolate from the wonderful staff member at the front and the rest of the visit was very comfortable. Dave made the process smooth, kept in touch with us regarding the necessary paperwork and sitting to learn about the car. He and all the staff from financing to the service dept. were incredible to work with. I really appreciated it when Dave called my dad in Arizona to thank him for helping with the A plan incentive.
