I recently went in for a safety concern on my 2010 GMC Acadia - the brakes were cutting out - not stopping correctly. Todd Stone was very attentive and empathetic, something I wouldn't have expected from a male service person. He took the time to listen and understand my concerns, we went for a test drive and all though initially we weren't able to duplicate my concerns he stopped us and started asking additional questions that actually seemed to make sense to me. We started driving again and low and behold we duplicated my concern. While it turned out to be a normal condition,(something he was able to duplicate the concern on another similar vehicle) I was put at ease that it was safe and something I shouldn't be scared of. Todd restored my faith in GMC and Lafontaine GMC. More

I leased a 2013 Verano from Tonia Kelley and I am very happy with my choice and my experience in working with Tonia while I was making my decision. While it took several months from my first contact through signing the papers and taking delivery, Tonia was always professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Every email or phone call was responded to quickly and her responses to my questions helped guide me through the decision process. I just leased a new Buick Verano from Kelli at LaFontaine Buick GMC. To say the entire experience was wonderful would be an understatement. I had asked my father to do some research on a few vehicles; my 2 Buick GMC. To say the entire experience was wonderful would be an understatement. I had asked my father to do some research on a few vehicles; my 2003 Vibe with 160,000+ miles needed to be replaced but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. He immediately contacted Kelli, who had helped him lease a Buick LaCrosse a few months back. He texted me around 11 am with their best deal...I got my information to Kelli by 2:00...I was at the dealership by 5...I was home by 7. It was quick and easy. Kelli worked with me to get the best deal and actually helped me find some rebates through third-parties that saved me money. She introduced me to the service center, went through all the "bells and whistles" on my new car step-by-step and, even though she had another customer waiting to purchase a substantially more expensive vehicle than mine, stayed with me until the Finance Manager was available. Everyone, from Kelli to Victoria (Service Department) to Chris Herrera (Finance) was pleasant, courteous, and upfront. The Sales Manager came in and thanked me for purchasing from LaFontaine. It should've been the other way around; I thank LaFontaine and look forward to doing all of my future business with them. More

After selling my 12 year old Malibu in the morning, we were anxious to lease a GMC Terrain as soon as possible. We had been looking forward to this for quite a while. We had been in touch with Tanya Kelle were anxious to lease a GMC Terrain as soon as possible. We had been looking forward to this for quite a while. We had been in touch with Tanya Kelley since this winter and when we walked in she got right to work. Great service, and they keep their promises at La Fontaine. Tanya said my new Terrain would be ready to go out the door at 3:30 and it was!! They do all the extra little things too that make leasing or purchasing a vehicle a very enjoyable experience. Beautiful dealership with an excellent staff whether it be in the parts room, coffee concession or the sales dept. Highly recommend this dealership and Tanya Kelley. Good job! More
