He was easy to work with and very accommodating as we test drove 3 cars. We knew only that we needed the car to be comfortable for my wife to ride in as she has back issues. We found what we were looking for and it was more than we ever expected. In effort to make the purchase convenient for us, Bob suggested we go home and have dinner and return later to close the deal and pick up our new car. Very considerate!
